Henan Panels Industry Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China, with 17 years of experience in sandwich panel production. Our company aims to become the "most professional provider of energy-saving enclosure system solutions" and adheres to collaborative innovation, cooperation and win-win. In 2016, we won the China Top Ten New Building Materials Innovation Awards. The company has a research and development team consisting of 15+professional technicians, who can customize exclusive design and installation services for customers throughout the entire process.
Our Factory
In 2010, we invested 3 million US dollars to introduce China's first world-class polyurethane continuous production line from Italy. The production line adopts six component online automatic operation mixing and pouring technology. The mixing of raw materials is completed online in one go and can be automatically adjusted online according to temperature, ensuring the production of high-strength, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly polyurethane insulation composite boards.
In 2015, we established a steel structure branch, formed a professional technical team, purchased advanced equipment and high-quality raw materials (Shanghai Baosteel, Magang, etc.), with an annual output of 20000 tons. So far, we have undertaken more than 300 domestic and foreign projects, all of which have been well received by the owners.
In 2017, we began exporting our sandwich panels. Thanks to our advanced technology, high-quality products, and comprehensive professional services, we have established over 500 collaborations with customers from 60+countries and regions, earning their high trust.
In 2020, we invested in the second fully automatic seven component online automatic foaming production equipment. The daily production of sandwich panels can reach 4000 square meters.
In 2021, we began to expand our research and development of new products. After several experiments and improvements in the factory, our container housing products were launched and sold in 2022. We have now provided over 50000 high-quality housing products to more than 20000 customers.

Production Equipment
The whole set of production equipment is an automatic production line integrating the functions of opening steel coil, film covering, forming, preheating, foaming, curing, cutting, cooling, stacking, packing, etc. The whole production line combines mechanical, chemical, electronic control, hydraulic, pneumatic and temperature control technology.
The production capacity of this production line is 3-7 meters per minute, the longest composite panels that can be produced 29m ( any size can be cut as per need), the thickness 50-250mm. The long double track extends the curing and foaming time, ensuring a smoother panels' surface, and the six-component online foaming is precisely adjustable, which fully guarantees the stability of the sandwich panel production.
The production line has high production efficiency, good synchronization of each equipment and high degree of automation. It is very suitable for mass-production sandwich panels.

Henan Panels Industry Co.,Ltd has 2 set of Italian advanced PUMA polyurethane (rock wool) Fully automatic production lines, and it is equipped with 36-meter double-track unit, 6-component cyclopentane high-pressure online foaming technology and 4 decoilers.
It also has integrated functions of automatic tracking panels, loading, cutting, drying, stacking, and packing , make the quality of PNS' sandwich panels more assured.
PU sandwich panels are made of fluorine-free foam, which meets international environmental protection standards. The fireproof level of rock wool sandwich panel has reached the highest level A. The combustion performance of polyurethane reaches Grade B, meet national standard GB8624-2006. Air tightness grade is 4 level, water tightness grade is 5 level, closed cell rate ≧95%, Compliant with European standards EN13501-1:2018. Thermal conductivity is 0.022-0.027w/mk, Sound insulation performance≧30db, higher than similar products.

Our Service
We provide CAD drawing designs for projects. If the customer provides engineering drawings, our technicians will calculate the length and quantity of each sandwich panel, draw the shape, size and quantity of all flashing for the customer to confirm. After receiving goods, we provide technical installation guidance.
