Our services
We provide CAD drawing design for the project. If the customer provides engineering drawings, our technicians will calculate the length and quantity of each sandwich panel, and draw the shape, size and quantity of all waterproof panels for customer confirmation. After receiving the goods, we provide technical installation guidance.
Excellent insulation performance: The thermal conductivity is between 0.019-0.022w/m · k (25 ℃), which is the lowest among the insulation materials currently used in practical applications. Adopting high-pressure continuous foaming technology, the foam is evenly and densely foamed, with a closed cell structure and small cell density of up to 200000 cells/cm3.
Good fire resistance performance: Polyurethane rigid foam has excellent fire resistance and forms a coking protective layer during combustion, which will not melt or drip like EPS and XPS. Composite with metal surface material can further improve its flame retardant performance.
Leading pentane technology
Using fluorine free raw materials for one-time high-pressure foaming, it does not produce fluorocarbons, has zero greenhouse effect, does not pollute the environment, complies with international conventions on the ozone layer, and meets European environmental standards.
Proprietary airtight technology
The cold storage sandwich panel uses proprietary panel type airtight structure technology to organically combine the adjacent panel seam insulation layers into one, seamlessly eliminating "cold steam bridges" and greatly improving the airtight performance, making it more suitable for controlled atmosphere storage.

Do not store more than 3 bundles on top of each other and always place a spacer (polystyrene block or board) between them. In all cases, the sandwich panel should be stored in a slightly sloped position (with a slight slope of 5%) and the bundle should be laid on a rigid and flat surface with the bottom spacers to provide the slope. The reason for this: to prevent water from staying there.
It is recommended to store the panel bundles under a cover or protect them from rain with a foil. Ventilation should always be provided.
The protective foil on the metal armouring of the panel must not be exposed to direct sunlight and must be removed within 45 days of receipt.
