3. Production Process

Position the bottom sheet, cam-lock components and supporting materials, then close with the top sheet.
Step 4 - PUR Foaming:
Inject insulation material into the closed mold and allow it to expand and cure.
Step 5 - Demolding & Trimming:
Remove the cured panel from the mold, trim excess foam and clean the edges.
Step 6 - Quality Inspection & Packing:
Inspect dimensions, surface quality, joint condition and cam-lock operation before packing.
