The full name of PUF panel is Polyurethane Foam Panel, commonly referred to as polyurethane sandwich panel or polyurethane foam board in Chinese. It is a high-efficiency thermal insulation building material widely used in modern construction, composed of two layers of metal facings (such as galvanized steel, aluminum or stainless steel) laminated with high-density polyurethane foam core in the middle.

Structural Composition
Standard PUF panels feature a typical sandwich structure. The density of the middle polyurethane foam core is generally 38±2 kg/m³, and the thickness of upper and lower metal facings ranges from 0.4 mm to 1.0 mm.
Common Specifications
Available standard thicknesses include 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, etc., with fire resistance grades of B1 or B2.
Excellent Performance
Ultra-low thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is only 0.022–0.028 W/(m·K), delivering outstanding thermal insulation performance.
Light weight and high strength: Compressive strength reaches 150–300 kPa with extremely low water absorption (volume absorption less than 3%).
Wide temperature resistance range: It can work stably under environments ranging from -50°C to +110°C.
