Fully utilizing the unique properties of the core material, Fireproof sandwich wall panel has excellent product performance in fire prevention, thermal insulation, and sound absorption. There are three types of core materials to choose from for fireproof sandwich wall panels: pure rock wool core material, polyurethane edge sealing+rock wool core material, and polyurethane edge sealing+glass wool core material.
Product Features
Fireproof performance: Rock wool core material is a non combustible material with a fusion temperature of over 1000 ℃, which can effectively block flames and minimize fire losses in a fire.
Thermal insulation and energy saving: Rock wool has a low thermal conductivity (0.043w/m · k) and good insulation performance. Excellent node design ensures sealing performance and insulation effect.
Good sound insulation: The sound insulation volume is ≥ 30DB, effectively reducing the interference of external noise.
Water tightness/air tightness: Polyurethane edge sealing is used, and a smooth tongue can effectively prevent water from entering; The connection between the building parts of the board is sealed internally to maintain good airtightness.
Durable and sturdy: Made of high-quality rock wool or glass wool, with high hydrophobicity and long-lasting stability.
Facade aesthetics: Hidden screw node design, high flatness of the board surface, rich color of the paint coating, and long-lasting color.

Yes,we have an engineer team and can design for you according to your requirements.Architectural drawing,structure diagram,processing detail drawing and installation drawing will be made and let you confirm in different time of the project.
4.What's the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.
5.What's the payment term?
TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?
Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
