PNS composite rock wool panel uses vertical-fiber rock wool strips as the thermal insulation core material. The core strips are arranged and spliced together, then laminated on both sides with coated fiberglass mesh cloth and flexible waterproof anti-crack mortar. The finished fireproof thermal insulation panel features large dimensions, excellent structural integrity, high tensile strength and low water absorption. Compared with standard rock wool boards, this product delivers superior tensile strength; versus conventional rock wool strips, it boasts larger overall sizes. It causes no skin irritation during construction and is classified as Class A non-combustible thermal insulation material.

Product Application
Composite rock wool panels are widely used in external thermal insulation composite systems with thin plaster finishes. A single layer of fiberglass mesh is prefabricated into the product to enhance the integrity of the rock wool strip core. Only one layer of mesh is required during on-site construction to meet system standards, simplifying construction procedures and effectively shortening the construction period. The special mortar coated on the panel surface improves its hydrophobicity and boosts the bonding strength between the panel and the insulation system, ensuring the stability of the thin plaster insulation system.
This product is suitable for energy-saving renovation projects of new, expanded and existing buildings. Store the panels indoors; if placed outdoors, cover them fully with waterproof tarpaulins.
