Magnesium Oxysulfide cleanroom sandwich panels are a new generation of architectural and decorative panels manufactured using magnesium oxysulfide as the core material, galvanized or color-coated steel sheets as the outer layers (two layers), and high-strength adhesive. They are produced through a process of heating and pressure lamination using high-speed, continuous automated forming machines, followed by trimming, slotting, and cutting. These panels offer excellent fire resistance; with a water absorption rate exceeding 98%, they undergo deformation and chemical reactions upon contact with water. They feature high strength-panels up to 10 meters in length can withstand the weight of two adults standing on them-and provide excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing.
