Cold room sandwich panels are a building material specifically designed for use in low-temperature environments such as cold storage and freezer rooms.

PU/PIR Cold Room Panels
Thermal Insulation Performance: Low thermal conductivity (0.018-0.028 W/m·K), suitable for environments ranging from -170°C to +100°C, making them particularly suitable for cold storage applications.
Fire Retardant: Meets B1 fire protection standards, meeting the safety requirements of cold chain logistics and industrial buildings.
Moisture-Resistant and Durable: The surface is treated with a gel coat for corrosion and aging resistance, making it suitable for high-humidity environments.

Cold Room Panels (Polystyrene): Cold room panels made of polystyrene foam sandwich panels are constructed with a color-coated steel surface layer and a closed-cell, flame-retardant polystyrene foam core.
The color-coated steel sheets are pressed using an automated continuous forming machine and then bonded together with high-strength adhesives. This is a highly efficient structural material.
Cold Room Sandwich Panel Specifications:
1. Cold Room Panel Thickness (mm): 50, 75, 100, 120, 150, 200, 250
2. Cold Room Panel Length (mm): Due to continuous molding production, panel length can be determined based on project requirements. Due to transportation limitations, it should generally not exceed 12,000 mm.
3. Cold Room Panel Width (mm): 1200 mm for spliced panels, 1200 mm and 1150 mm for plug-in panels.
4. Cold Room Panel Weight (Surface layer of 0.6 mm thick colored steel plate)
PU/PIR Cold Room Panels:
1. Cold Room Panels are constructed with a core of lightweight polyurethane, offering excellent thermal insulation properties, and an outer layer of SII, PVC colored steel plate, and stainless steel. These sandwich panels reduce heat transfer caused by temperature differences between the inside and outside, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the freezing and refrigeration systems.
2. Cold Room Panel Thickness Specifications: 50, 60, 75, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200mm.
3. PU/PIR Cold Room Panel Dimensions: Standard panel width is 960mm, and heights range from 2 to 15 meters. (Customization is available based on your specific requirements.)

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.
What's the payment term?
TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
Can you accept the inspection from a third party?
Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
