Cool Store panel

Cool store panel is a steel structural component used to construct cooling, refrigeration, and freezing rooms. The cold storage panel consists of two steel plates with polyurethane in the middle, which has excellent insulation properties. Cold storage is commonly used to store items that require temperature maintenance such as food, medicine, chemicals, and electronic equipment. Polyurethane sandwich panel has excellent insulation and sealing properties.

1. Cool store panel have low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When the density of polyurethane is 35-40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018-0.024w/(m.k), which is about half of EPS and has the lowest thermal conductivity among all insulation materials currently available.

2. Cool store panel have moisture-proof and waterproof properties. The closed cell rate of polyurethane is over 90%, making it a hydrophobic material. It will not increase its thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not leak water.

3. Cool store panel are fire-resistant, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant. After adding flame retardant, polyurethane is a flame retardant self extinguishing material. Its softening point can reach more than 250 ℃, and it will decompose only at higher temperatures. In addition, polyurethane will form carbon deposits on its foam surface when burning, which will help isolate the foam below. Can effectively prevent the spread of flames. Moreover, polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.

4. TCool store panels is stable, basically a closed cell structure, which not only has excellent insulation performance, but also has good frost resistance and sound absorption.

Polyurethane cold storage panels are made of 50/75/100/150/200/250mm thickness and can be cut to any length. The minimum order quantity is generally recommended to be 1 20 foot container. Because this is produced on a fully automated production line
