Flat Pack Houses

Flat pack houses is a modular building product based on a steel frame and lightweight wall panel structural system. This product consists of a top frame, bottom frame, corner columns, and 14 interchangeable wall panels, which can be packaged and easily transported by land or sea.

Main structure

Flexible combination: can be used in a single box, can be combined into an open large space, and can be stacked up to 3 layers.

Fully equipped: Flat pack houses can be paired with roofs, corridors, canopies, stairs of different shapes. In addition, there are specialized bathroom and kitchen cabinets to choose from, and the appearance and interior can be decorated according to needs.

Quick installation: On average, 4 workers can complete the installation of a single box in 3 hours, or the entire box can be moved and relocated after assembly, which is convenient and fast.

Safe and durable: The service life can reach more than 10 years, with a seismic intensity of 8 and wind resistance of 11.

Save shipping costs: After flattening and compression, every four sets stacked together are equivalent to the external dimensions of a standard 20 foot container, saving 3/4 of shipping costs. One 40 foot high container can carry 6 sets.

Flexible methods: Taking into account the distance to the destination and the convenience of on-site installation, full container transportation (recommended for bathroom boxes), flat compression transportation, or container shipping can be chosen.

Yes,we have an engineer team and can design for you according to your requirements.Architectural drawing,structure diagram,processing detail drawing and installation drawing will be made and let you confirm in different time of the project.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
