PIR/PUR Exterior Wall Sandwich Panels

Polyurethane exterior wall sandwich panels are lightweight, highly rigid, and save on exterior wall keels. They are used for horizontal installation of exterior walls, with adjustable panel joints and four sided tongue and groove technology, and can present an aluminum curtain wall effect.

1. Hard polyurethane has low thermal conductivity and good thermal performance. When the bulk density of rigid polyurethane is 35-40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018-0.023w/(m.k), which is about half of extruded polystyrene (EPS) and has the lowest thermal conductivity among all insulation materials currently available.

2. Hard polyurethane has moisture-proof and waterproof properties. The closed cell rate of rigid polyurethane is over 95%, which belongs to hydrophobic materials. It will not increase its thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not leak water.

3. Hard polyurethane is fire-resistant, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant. After adding flame retardant, polyurethane is a flame retardant self extinguishing material. Its softening point can reach more than 250 ℃, and it will decompose only at higher temperatures. In addition, polyurethane will form a carbonization layer on its foam surface when burning. This carbonization layer helps isolate the foam on the lower surface, and can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Moreover, polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.

4. Due to the excellent thermal insulation performance of polyurethane sandwich panels, they can reduce the thickness of building envelope structures and increase indoor usable area while meeting the same insulation requirements.

5. Strong deformation resistance, not easy to crack, stable and safe finish.

6. The porosity structure of polyurethane sandwich panel material is stable, basically a closed cell structure, which not only has excellent insulation performance, but also has good frost resistance and sound absorption. The average lifespan of the rigid polyurethane insulation structure can reach over 30 years under normal use and maintenance conditions. It can achieve normal use conditions during the service life of the structure, without being damaged by dry, humid, or electrochemical corrosion, as well as external factors such as insect, fungal, or algal growth or rodent damage.

7. High overall cost-effectiveness. Although the unit price of rigid polyurethane foam is higher than that of other traditional insulation materials, the increased cost will be offset by the substantial reduction of heating and cooling costs.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
