Rock wool core material for sandwich panels is specially designed for metal-faced sandwich panels. When in use, the rock wool fibers are arranged perpendicular to the metal panels, endowing the product with excellent compressive, tensile and shear strength. The rock wool fibers are bonded and composited with metal surfaces. This vertical fiber structure delivers outstanding compression, shear and tensile resistance. It is widely used as the core for metal-faced sandwich panels of various shapes, including building facades, walls, roofs, partitions and ceilings for large-span and high-rise constructions, heavy-load sandwich panels, as well as fire door manufacturing.
The product can be supplied in pre-cut strips. With fibers arranged vertically during application, the peel resistance is effectively improved. For customers equipped with cutting machines, full-size panels are also available. Clients can cut and flip the rock wool core panels for on-site use.

Product Application
It causes no corrosion to all types of metal materials. Featuring excellent thermal insulation and heat absorption performance, it can increase the thermal resistance of building exterior walls, reduce energy consumption and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction. The product is lightweight, cuttable and easy to process. Extra-wide products can be customized to meet the requirements of special spans. It is suitable for flat, smooth and functional sandwich panels, with flat surface and stable dimensions. Store the product indoors. If placed outdoors, cover it with waterproof tarpaulin.
