Insulated PU Panels

Insulated PU panels is a composite insulation material with polyurethane as the core material, usually composed of two layers of metal panels (such as galvanized steel or aluminum) and polyurethane foam in the middle. Polyurethane foam is foamed by chemical reaction and has excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance and mechanical strength.

Excellent thermal insulation performance: polyurethane foam has low thermal conductivity and can effectively reduce heat transfer.
Fire retardant: the oxygen index of polyurethane insulation board is greater than 30, and it has good fire resistance.
Corrosion resistance and moisture resistance: polyurethane surface material has good moisture resistance and does not require additional insulation layer protection
Environmental protection and non-toxicity: Insulated PU panels are non-toxic, odorless, meet green environmental protection requirements, and will not cause harm to the health of workers.

The entire production line combines mechanical, chemical, electronic control, hydraulic, pneumatic, and temperature control technologies.The production capacity of this production line is 3-7 meters per minute, and the longest composite panel that can be produced is 29 meters (any size can be cut as needed), with a thickness of 50-250mm. The long double track extends the curing time, ensuring a smoother surface of the panel and fully guaranteeing the stability of sandwich panel production. 4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
