Pu insulated panels are composed of a rigid polyurethane foam core, covered with metal sheets or composite materials on both sides. Flame retardants, anti-aging agents, and other additives are also added to enhance performance. The entire board is formed using continuous production equipment. The core material of pu insulated panels is rigid polyurethane foam, produced by the reaction of isocyanate and polyol, with a closed-cell rate exceeding 90%.
Specifications and thickness of polyurethane insulation boards: Core material thickness ranges from 25 mm to 400 mm; common board widths are 1000 mm and 1200 mm, with lengths cut to customer requirements.
