This shipment is our 30sf standard configuration 2 bedroom 1 bath modular homes with Australian standard electric distribution for our customers in New Zealand, equipped with Australian standard electrical distribution, and finally delivered to Lyttelton Port in New Zealand.

Client consultation and negotiation process

The beginning of this cooperation originated from the customer inquiry we received through the Alibaba platform on November 5th. The next day, after some detailed communication, we discussed all the options and provided the first official quotation on November 6. The customer expressed concern about the preliminary quotation and made some modifications to the configuration on November 7, so we updated the quotation in a timely manner.

In the course of communication, the customer also became interested in a garage that can accommodate 5 cars and is equipped with electric roller shutters. For this purpose, we tailor a 3D model for the customer. However, the client finally decided to discuss the details of the 2 bedroom 1 bath modular homes project first and confirmed the payment of the deposit on November 11.

Production & Quality Control

After receiving the deposit, we quickly started the production arrangement to ensure that every link was completed on time. On November 20th, we completed the production of the entire frame of the flat pack house, and on December 4th, the production and cleaning of the entire house was successfully completed. After the production was completed, we provided some photos and videos of the flat pack house to the customer, and the customer expressed high satisfaction with our products and services, and said that more orders would be handed over to us.

Logistics & Transportation Arrangements

In order to ensure the smooth delivery of the flat pack house, we have arranged professional freight forwarding for customers and provided full logistics services. On December 16th, we successfully booked the ship, packed the cargo carefully, and took the necessary protective measures. The goods departed from the port on time on December 19 and were shipped to New Zealand.
