Colored steel plate is a product made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate or aluminum-galvanized steel plate as the substrate after surface degreasing, phosphating, chromate treatment, and baking with organic coating. Typically, we recommend coatings, coatings and substrates that match the building's use and age.
Commonly used coatings for colored steel plates are polyester (PE), silicone modified resin (SMP), high weathering polyester (HDP), fluorocarbon (P\/DF) and so on.
Colored corrugated steel plate can be divided into general use, structural use, specific grades are TDC51D, TS280GD, TS300GD, TS350GD, TS550GD.
The coating composition is generally two coats and two bakes, with a coating thickness of 20μm or more on the front side and 5-12μm on the back. The standards implemented for color-coated steel plates are: Chinese standard GB/T12754-2006, American ASTM A755 (galvanized), ASTM A792 (aluminum-zinc plating), European EN/10169, Japanese JISG3322, and South Korean KS D3506.

Classification of coated plate color steel coil topcoat coating:
Polyester (PE): Good adhesion, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance.
Silicone modified polyester (SIMP): The coating film has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, and has good external durability and non-chalking, with limited gloss retention and flexibility.
High durability polyester (HDP): Excellent UV resistance, high durability, the main performance is between polyester and fluorocarbon.
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF): It has good formability and color retention, excellent outdoor durability and chalking, and solvent resistance. Colors are limited.
The service life of the coated plate color steel coil top lacquer coating is gradually increased from top to bottom.
