The method is as follows:
1 First check the setting out, and then use 76mm aluminum alloy trench and m8 × 150 expansion bolts, fixed on C20 concrete. The expansion bolts shall be firmly fastened and shall not be loosened. The number shall meet the design requirements. If the aluminum alloy slot section is 300 small, it shall not be less than two expansion bolts.
2. Erect the wallboard. Start at the corner first and fix it simply. Use thick aluminum corners on the inside and outside of the first corner wallboard and connect it with the wallboard surface with rivet. The spacing is 300~400. The second corner plate shall be inserted from the side and knocked with square timber to align it with the first corner plate. The installation method is the same as before. Correct the perpendicularity and horizontal angle of two corner plates, and then fix the footing, the second wall plate and angle aluminum with rivet. Install wallboards in two directions at the same time, and correct the levelness and perpendicularity of each wallboard installed. The wallboard and the main steel structure are connected and fastened with screws, with the screw pitch ≤ 500mm.
3 After the installation of wallboard, check the connection between wallboards and between wallboards and steel structures to determine whether they meet the structural requirements specified in the design and the requirements for wall stability, and check whether the construction quality of concealed parts such as concealed pipelines and equipment and the flatness of wallboard surface meet the requirements. At the same time, comprehensively check the installation quality of wallboards to meet the design requirements and specification requirements. 4 When installing the roof panel, first check whether the steel structure is constructed according to the design standard, and check whether the line along the wall panel is in a straight line. If there is any unevenness, it should be handled in advance. After the inspection, the roof panel shall be transported to the roof, arranged in order and temporarily fixed. When the roof panel of a room is installed, the wall and roof shall be firmly connected with rivet on the four corners of the room with angle aluminum. And each purlin and roof panel shall be fastened from top to bottom with screws, with a mid-range of 500mm. After all roof panels are installed, ridge plate, gutter, eaves upper plate and other decorative and flashing parts shall be installed. The overlap of roof fittings shall be installed as far away from the wind direction as possible. The overlap length shall be ≥ 60mm. The overlap shall be sealed with sealant, and the distance between fasteners shall be ≤ 500mm.
