Recently, a customized modular housing project for a client in Australia has been successfully loaded and shipped by our company. This project features a 40-foot new manufactured home, complete with external staircase, rooftop structure, custom front door, and rain canopy, reflecting the client's high expectations for both functionality and aesthetics.

The expandable house is one of our flagship modular house products, offering multiple significant advantages. Its foldable left and right wings allow the house to maintain standard container dimensions during transport, making it ideal for international shipping.
Once unfolded on site, the space expands significantly, providing a more spacious and comfortable interior. Compared with traditional container houses, this design offers improved space efficiency, natural lighting, thermal insulation, and overall living comfort, making it well-suited for residential, office, and exhibition uses.

For this project, we provided a high level of customization based on the client's specific requirements. This included the customized dimensions and design of the front door, reinforced rooftop structure, optimized rain canopy angle, and tailored staircase installation-all tailored to meet the client's vision for their modular home.
From initial planning and production to final shipment, we upheld our "customer-first" philosophy throughout the entire process. We provided 3D renderings, construction drawings, and on-site installation guidance, with dedicated personnel overseeing every detail to ensure the final product matched the client's expectations.

The successful shipment of this project once again highlights the client's trust in our products and services and demonstrates our strong capabilities in the modular construction sector. Moving forward, we remain committed to delivering innovative, high-quality, and customizable modular building solutions for clients around the world.

We look forward to building more global partnerships and creating shared value together!
