Fireproof black rock wool sandwich panel is manufactured with a special formula for wall systems with higher fire resistance and thermal insulation requirements. It has a melting temperature above 1150°C, superior high-temperature shrinkage resistance and thermal stability, thereby boasting an extremely high fire resistance rating. It can more effectively prevent the spread of fire in case of a fire accident.

PNS wall fireproof and thermal insulation rock wool sandwich products are adhered to the wall between the wall and structural floor slabs as a thermal insulation and noise reduction layer. It reduces heat loss to achieve energy-saving and fireproof effects.
Fireproof black rock wool sandwich panels can be used independently or as a component of systems for fire stopping of gaps between curtain walls and partition walls, as well as for fire partition walls, fire doors and fire ceilings. It functions for smoke & fire containment, sealing and fire compartmentation, forming a fire barrier and improving the overall fire performance of buildings.
In addition, low-density wall fireproof and thermal insulation rock wool sandwich panels and fireproof black rock wool sandwich panels can also be used for fire stopping of gaps formed by various through-wall pipes or irregular penetrations through walls. The material is easy to cut and install. The product shall be stored indoors. If stored outdoors, it must be covered with waterproof tarpaulin.
