When Steel structure is damaged, we should find immediate solution to the problem, the main factors of steel structure damage are:

1. Structural bearing capacity is insufficient due to load changes, overdue service, and changes in codes and regulations;

2. The component is deformed, twisted, disabled and sunken due to various accidents, resulting in the weakening of the section of the component, the warping of the rod, the cracking of the connection, etc.;

3. Deformation, cracking and warping of components or connections under the action of temperature difference;

There are three kinds of technical measures for strengthening steel structure:

1. Section reinforcement method: in the part or along the full length of the component with steel reinforcement, connected into a whole for common force;

2. Change the calculation diagram: add additional support, adjust the load distribution, reduce the level of internal force, force displacement of statically indeterminate structural support, reduce the stress peak;

3. Prestressed cable method: High-strength cable strengthen the weak links of the structure or improve the overall bearing capacity, rigidity and stability of the structure.
