CLEANING BOARD CRACKING TREATMENT METHOD
The purification board is a composite board made of color-coated board, stainless steel, aluminum alloy board and other materials as surface materials. 1. The use of micro-compression anti-cracking mortar or polymer mortar has high bonding strength, small shrinkage deformation, and is not necessarily elastic. Due to its soft texture, the thickness of the anti-crack sand mud should be 25-30mm.
2. Manually reinforce the purge panels with steel mesh or sandwich steel mesh. On the one hand, the steel mesh can strengthen the connection between the structural layer and the insulation layer and the protective layer, and on the other hand, it can avoid the shrinkage stress and stress concentration of the protective layer and the decorative layer, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing and avoiding cracks. In the part where the wall is prone to cracks, some measures need to be taken to install the steel mesh.
3. Divide the protective layer into several sections, leaving gaps for waterproof caulking to reduce shrinkage and temperature stress.
