To further improve the tear resistance of the panels and achieve the advantages of no cold bridge and condensation,during the production of glass wool composite panels, a 50mm-wide polyurethane edge sealing is specially added on both sides.
Finally, the advanced double-belt press technology completely changes the traditional production method of linear contact between rollers and steel plates. It realizes surface contact between rollers and steel plates and can run synchronously with the sandwich panels.Inside the double-belt press, the panels are fully solidified.
