Polyurethane sandwich panels have become the preferred material for global cold chain facility construction due to their excellent thermal insulation performance and structural stability.

Ultimate Insulation Efficiency​

The thermal conductivity of polyurethane core material is as low as 0.018-0.025 W/(m·K), making it one of the best thermal insulation materials in commercial use. This feature can reduce energy consumption by 20%-30% for cold storage in the temperature range of -30℃ to 10℃, especially suitable for scenarios with strict temperature control requirements such as food cold chain and pharmaceutical storage.​

High-Strength Structural Integration​

Polyurethane sandwich panels produced by continuous foaming technology have a bonding strength between the panel (color steel, stainless steel, or aluminum plate) and core material of over 0.15MPa, with wind pressure resistance of 1.5kPa, capable of withstanding forklift collisions and cargo stacking pressure (compressive strength ≥200kPa). This integrity avoids the cold bridge effect of traditional assembled structures, extending the cold storage service life to 15-20 years.​

All-Weather Environmental Adaptability​

The closed-cell rate ≥95% of the core structure endows it with excellent moisture resistance (water absorption ≤3%), maintaining stable performance even in high-humidity areas (such as coastal Southeast Asia). Meanwhile, by adding flame retardants, its oxygen index can be increased to over 28, meeting the B1-class fire resistance standards of most countries, suitable for special cold chain scenarios such as medicine and chemical industry.​

Basic Specification System​

The mainstream thickness in the international market is 50mm-200mm (interval 25mm), with effective coverage width mostly 1000mm-1200mm, and panel thickness 0.3mm-0.8mm (customizable according to customer needs). For example: European customers prefer 100mm thick models with 0.5mm color steel plates, while the Middle East market tends to 150mm thick high-density (≥40kg/m³) products due to extreme temperature differences.​

Customization Options​

Panels can be made of food-grade 304 stainless steel (suitable for dairy cold storage), fluorocarbon-coated color steel plates (UV-resistant, suitable for open-air cold storage); core materials can add bacteriostats (for tropical Southeast Asia) or graphite modifiers (improving insulation efficiency by 15%). These customizations need to be clearly marked during order confirmation to avoid returns due to standard differences.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
