PU exterior walls consist of two layers of galvanized or aluminum sheeting bonded together with a high-density polyurethane foam core. PU insulation is the most effective insulation material on the market, offering the highest thermal resistance (R-value) and lowest thermal conductivity for a given thickness.
It is widely used in roofs, walls, floors, and ceiling cavities, as well as exterior walls in new construction and renovation projects. This composite material not only meets fire safety standards but also boasts industry-leading sound absorption performance.

Sandwich panels are widely used in various buildings for interior and exterior partitions. They can be installed vertically or horizontally in single-span or multi-span structures, creating aesthetically pleasing walls or facades thanks to their concealed joints. These panels are particularly well-suited for applications such as industrial buildings, warehouses and logistics centers, commercial buildings and offices, food processing facilities, agricultural buildings, and gymnasiums.
Installation Method
Before installation, construction preparation must be completed, including arranging personnel and ensuring the availability of materials. All necessary preparatory work must be completed.
Before installing the wall panels, the verticality and levelness of the wall purlins must be checked to ensure that the wall frame studs meet the required standards.
When installing PU external walls, first install the bottom flashing and the window flashing. Use self-tapping screws to secure the flashing to the wall frame beams.
Connecting PU external walls to the ground requires the following steps:
Horizontal connection: Use round holes and steel brackets to secure one end of the polyurethane sandwich panel to the ground. Overlap the edges of the two panels. Fill any cracks with insulation.
Vertical connection: Use specialized fasteners with grooves to securely fasten the panels together, ensuring there are no gaps between them.

4.What's the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.
What's the payment term?
TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.
Can you accept the inspection from a third party?
Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
