PIR cold storage sandwich panels is a high-performance building material, composed of two layers of metal panels (usually color-coated steel plates, aluminum plates or stainless steel plates) and a polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core in the middle. It combines excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance and structural strength, and is widely used in industrial, commercial and cold chain buildings.

PIR (polyisocyanurate) core material stands out among many insulation materials for its excellent physical properties. Our panels achieve a B-s1,d0 fire rating, releasing minimal smoke and no burning droplets during fire, significantly enhancing cold storage safety.

In addition, the PIR core has low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance, maintaining stable temperatures inside the cold room while reducing energy consumption and helping customers save costs.

Its superior structural strength and dimensional stability ensure reliable performance even in extremely low temperatures, suitable for cold storage environments down to -40°C or below.

To ensure consistent product quality, we have introduced advanced fully automated continuous production lines, covering the entire process from raw material mixing to foaming, shaping, cutting, and packaging. This high-efficiency setup allows us to achieve a daily output of up to 3,000 square meters.

We also maintain a strict quality control system, testing each panel for parameters such as bonding strength, density, dimensional tolerance, and thermal conductivity, ensuring all products meet international standards.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification.
