Polyurethane Wall Panels

Polyurethane wall panels utilize high-quality color-coated steel as the front face and a core of polyurethane (rock wool or glass wool) materials.

Their high strength, smooth surface, and novel panel shape significantly reduce building envelope thickness and increase usable building space.

The dual-track continuous polyurethane energy-saving board production line primarily consists of a hydraulic unwinder, film-coating and cutting device, roll-forming machine, fully automatic cotton feeding system, preheating unit, dual-track forming machine, seven-component online foaming equipment, automatic cutting machine, finished product cooling system, and palletizing and packaging.

Each unit is equipped with mechanical and electrical systems. The various functional units are connected and assembled via a process data control system to form a complete continuous production line.

The line has a production capacity of 3-7 meters per minute and can produce energy-saving boards in lengths of 2-23 meters (can be cut to any desired length), widths of 500-1130 mm, and thicknesses of 35-250 mm (excluding corrugation height).

The double-track molding system has an effective length of 36 meters, extending the curing and foaming time to ensure a smoother panel surface. The six-component online foaming process is precisely adjustable, fully ensuring stable production.

This production line boasts high efficiency, excellent synchronization between units, a high degree of automation, uniform density, and excellent physical and mechanical properties due to its honeycomb foam structure.

It is ideal for large-scale production of polyurethane sandwich panels and is the preferred choice for constructing high-quality, large-scale buildings requiring high standards of insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, and energy efficiency.

Safety and Fireproofing: High-quality hydrophobic rock wool is selected, achieving Class A fireproofing.
Insulation and Energy Saving: Rock wool has a low thermal conductivity, and the optimal joint design ensures sealing and thermal insulation.
Airtightness and Soundproofing: Excellent sound insulation, with a sound insulation rating of ≥30dB, effectively reduces external noise interference.
Strong Strength: The panel's high surface strength and unique "double-support" plug-in design provide enhanced resistance to negative wind pressure.
Elegant Appearance: Concealed screw joints allow for a variety of panel finishes.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
