Glass wool is a man-made inorganic fiber material. It's formed by fiberizing molten glass and has a cotton-like appearance. Chemically, glass wool belongs to the glass family and is a typical inorganic fiber.

Its characteristics include good moldability, low bulk density, excellent thermal insulation and insulation, superior sound absorption, outstanding corrosion resistance, and chemical stability.

The production process for fiberglass sandwich panels is a delicate and complex one, encompassing the following steps: First, the conveying of the glass wool is crucial.

Precisely loading, lifting, cutting, conveying, lateral movement, 90-degree flipping, alignment, and edge milling processes significantly enhance the overall strength of the fiberglass sandwich panels while ensuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface.

The unique design of the staggered butt-jointed glass wool strip core significantly improves the composite panel's strength and tear resistance.

Next, black and white materials are mixed in a specific ratio and evenly sprayed between the upper and lower panels under pressure, ensuring the appropriate thickness. This creates a wider and more secure bond between the steel and rock wool panels, further increasing the strength of the sandwich panel.

To further enhance the tear resistance of the fiberglass sandwich panels and achieve the advantages of eliminating cold bridges and condensation, 50mm-wide polyurethane edge banding is added to both sides during production.

Finally, advanced dual-conveyor machine technology revolutionizes the traditional production method of linear contact between rollers and steel plates, achieving surface contact between the rollers and steel plates,   and operating synchronously with the sandwich panel.

The dual-conveyor machine allows the panels to fully cure, ensuring not only the flatness of the sandwich panel but also the stability of the bond between the core material and the steel plates.

The entire production process embodies a combination of efficiency and precision, guaranteeing the superior quality of the fiberglass wool panels.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
