Sandwich Wall Panel

The sandwich wall panel adopts a sandwich-style composite structure, which is composed of a surface protective panel, an intermediate core material and a high-strength adhesive layer.

Outer protective plate：

Usually use color steel plate (aluminum-zinc plate), aluminum-zinc alloy plate, aluminum-magnesium-manganese plate or stainless steel plate, the surface is treated with PE/PVDF/SMP/HDP coating, corrosion-resistant, ultraviolet-resistant, and available in a variety of color options.

Core Material：

Common core material types are rock wool, polyurethane (PU), polystyrene (EPS), glass wool, etc. Different core materials have different thermal insulation, fire and sound insulation properties.

Adhesive layer：

High-strength polyurethane glue or modified acrylic adhesive is used to firmly bond the surface to the core material, which has been verified by peel resistance tests and has a bond strength of more than 15N/mm², ensuring that the structural integrity of the sheet remains in extreme temperature environments from -40°C to 80°C.

According to the requirements of application scenarios, the standard thickness of sandwich panels covers 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm and other specifications, and supports customized production to match different building energy saving standards.

Excellent thermal insulation performance

Taking polyurethane sandwich panels as an example, its thermal conductivity is reduced by more than 80% compared with traditional brick-concrete walls, and the use of 100mm thick plates in the severe cold areas of the north can reduce building energy consumption by 40% year-on-year, significantly reducing heating costs.
