In May 2025, our long-standing Argentine client placed a second order with us for 2-bedrooms, 1-bathroom modular homes and seven outdoor bathroom units. Last year, the client purchased twelve folding homes from us and expressed great satisfaction, demonstrating their recognition and support for our products and services. Building on our established partnership and my familiarity with this client's high quality standards, they presented new customization requirements for the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modular homes. These included SPC flooring, decorative integrated panels for interior walls to achieve an elegant and spacious aesthetic, and custom cabinetry. The layout drawings for the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modular homes are provided below. Both prefabricated homes feature identical layouts and exteriors.
Throughout the sales discussion, the client primarily focused on the exterior appearance of the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modular home, including customizing the entry door as a security door, interior cavity panel finishes, and hydraulic strut installation. We also discussed outdoor bathroom fixtures, purchasing two distinct styles totaling seven sets.
After production completion, we provided the client with inspection videos and photos. Prior to shipping and container loading, we also monitored the cargo loading schedule and conducted a final inspection of the houses. All houses and outdoor bathrooms were shipped on August 21st. These 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modular homes are selling exceptionally well locally in Argentina. The client has already secured potential buyers, which is a very positive sign. This project promises substantial economic returns for the client, and fostering a long-term partnership with them aligns perfectly with our strategic vision.
