Description

The main load-bearing components of the pack container house include cold-formed steel frames (columns and beams to ensure the overall structural strength), corner parts (high-strength cast steel to achieve rapid docking of modules), composite enclosure plates (panels are color steel plates, core materials can be EPS, rock wool, etc., with both load-bearing and thermal insulation functions), bottom frame system (galvanized steel welding, bearing vertical loads), etc., and supporting components also include door and window frames, hydropower interface modules and sealing rubber strips.

Pack container house is mainly divided into the following five parts:

1. Steel frame body: Welded and formed using Q235 cold-formed steel, including columns, beams, and diagonal braces, it forms the load-bearing skeleton of the box and ensures structural stability.

2. Corner parts and connecting parts: corner parts are standard steel castings, each box is equipped with 8 (4 top corners, 4 bottom corners), and can be quickly locked with the corner parts of the adjacent box by bolts; The connectors include latches, bolts, etc., to achieve horizontal and vertical splicing between the boxes.

3. Enclosure system: including wall panel, roof plate and bottom plate. The wall panel and roof plate are made of color steel composite panels, which are fixed to the steel frame by self-tapping screws. The bottom plate is galvanized patterned steel plate or laminate flooring, and the keel support is provided below to enhance the load-bearing capacity.

4. Functional supporting components: including broken bridge aluminum doors and windows (windproof and rainproof), ventilation louvers (regulating air circulation), integrated water and electricity interfaces (preset pipeline channels, plug and play on site), and some models are equipped with fireproof rock wool boards to meet fire protection needs.

5. Sealing and reinforcement: the seam is sealed with EPDM rubber strips to prevent water seepage; The top and bottom are equipped with reinforcement bars to enhance the overall rigidity when stacking multiple boxes.

Pack Container house is widely used in temporary dormitories, offices, emergency disaster resettlement sites, temporary shops in scenic spots, temporary housing for events, agricultural nursing houses and other scenarios, with the characteristics of rapid deployment, flexible combination, reuse, etc., to adapt to various short-term or medium-term use needs.

Pack container house has the following core advantages:

 

1. Extremely fast assembly efficiency: with modular design, no large machinery is required, a team of 4-6 people can complete the construction of a single box in 6-8 hours, and multi-box splicing (such as 3×3 combination) can be put into use within 24 hours, and the construction period is only 1/5 of the traditional prefabricated house.

2. High-strength structural performance: the wind resistance level of the overall steel frame reaches level 10 (wind speed 28.5m/s), and the seismic fortification intensity is more than 7 degrees; The base frame system can carry a uniform load of 5kN/m² to meet the needs of personnel and equipment placement.

3.Flexible combination and expansion: Horizontal (multi-box side by side), vertical (multi-box series) and vertical (2-3 layers stacked) combination can be realized through corner splicing, with a single box of 18-24 square meters, and the combination can form a space of 100-500 square meters to meet the needs of different scales.

4. Excellent thermal insulation: the thermal resistance value of 100mm thick EPS sandwich panel reaches R13, which is equivalent to 370mm thick brick wall; The rock wool core version is fire rated A and has sound insulation (air-acoustic insulation ≥ 30dB) and is suitable for -30°C to 40°C environments.

5. Green recycling characteristics: the recovery rate of the main steel structure reaches 95%, and the core material of the composite plate can be recycled; The whole life cycle can be reassembled and assembled more than 50 times, reducing construction waste by 80% compared to traditional temporary buildings, and meeting low-carbon building standards.
