1. Small seam method:
①Paint 60mm wide Sunshine 2000PA single-component waterproof glue on both ends of the seam of the purification panel, and do not apply 20mm near the seam.
②Non-woven fabric (or glass fiber fabric), with a width of 150mm, pasted on the surface coated with Sunshine 2000PA waterproof glue.
③Paint 3 times on the non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth, the last one is 50mm wider than the previous one, and the thickness is about 1.8mm. The last time you paint, the last time the coating is not sticky shall prevail.
2. Larger panel joints:
①The DM-600 sealer PU sealant can be filled into the seam of the purification panel.
②Paint Sunshine 2000PA single-component waterproof glue with a width of 60mm at both ends of the seam, and do not apply 20mm near the seam.
③ Non-woven fabric or glass fiber cloth, with a width of 150 mm, pasted on the surface coated with Sunshine 2000PA waterproof glue.
④Paint Sunshine 2000PA one-component waterproof adhesive 3 times on the pasted cloth. When painting, the last coat should be 50mm wider than the previous one, and the thickness should be about 1.8mm. It is thick in the middle and thin on both sides.
