High Strength Bolt Construction Method
When installing steel structure high-strength bolts, the friction surface of the component should be protected dry and clean, and should not be operated in the rain. The tightening order should be screwed from the center of the gusset plate to the edge, the two connecting parts are the order of the first major and then the secondary, the H-shaped steel member is the order of the upper flange, the lower flange, and the composite plate, on the same section column, the tightening order of the beam and column node is the upper beam and column contact and then the lower beam and column node, and finally the middle beam and column node whose exposed wire buckle shall not be less than 2 buckles, and the ordinary bolts used to connect the purlin wall beam shall not pad two washers per bolt.
All installation screw holes, shall not use gas cutting reaming, when the plate stack pin hole exceeds the allowable deviation caused by the connection bolt can not be penetrated, can be trimmed with an electric grinding head, but the maximum diameter after trimming should be less than 1.2 times the diameter of the bolt, trimming should prevent iron filings from falling into the plate stack gap.
