Secondary Grouting
After the main steel structure hoisting correction is completed, the secondary grouting is carried out within three days to avoid the displacement of the structure due to other reasons. The grout material should adopt fine stone concrete, so that the column floor is in full contact with the foundation, and the strength of the grouting concrete is one level higher than the strength of the concrete for column.
Before secondary grouting, cut off the overheight surface to keep the grouting thickness at least 4cm or more, remove fine matter on the surface, grease, dirt and other undesirable substances while maintaining proper roughness. The formwork at one end and on both sides should also be raised above the board, spaced and slightly inclined to allow insertion of wooden rods or rebar. The grout must be mixed by a mixer, if mixed by hand, it lacks fluidity and water is easy to increase, resulting in the risk of shrinkage.
