Recently, a batch of high-quality polyurethane cam-lock panels produced by our company have been fully packed and loaded, departing for Miami, USA, and will be officially applied to the construction of local seafood industry infrastructure projects. A total of 13 containers are shipped this time. We have strictly controlled the quality and delivery process throughout the whole process to ensure the steady implementation of overseas projects with professional strength.
To strictly control product quality and meet the standards of high-end overseas projects, we launched full-process quality control for this shipment. Our team stationed in the factory in advance and spent two days on comprehensive inspection. We checked the material technology, polyurethane foaming density, hook structure accuracy, anti-corrosion coating flatness and dimensional parameters of the panels one by one. We ensured all panels are stable in performance and qualified in quality, fully adapting to the special high-humidity construction environment near the sea. We also conducted random inspections to verify whether the steel plate thickness and the dimensions of the edge trim pieces met the required standards.
After successfully completing the inspection, the team immediately began a series of tasks, including packing, sorting, loading onto trucks, and loading into containers. Over the course of five days, they efficiently completed the loading of all 13 containers. Throughout the process, the panels were arranged according to standard procedures, labeled, and marked with their designated installation areas. Precise protective measures were implemented, including safeguards against moisture, wear, and crushing, to mitigate the risk of damage during ocean transport and ensure the products arrive at overseas construction sites in perfect condition.
With the core advantages of heat insulation, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, convenient installation and stable structure, the polyurethane cam-lock panels are ideal building materials for the Miami seafood project. At present, the main structure of the project has been completed. After arrival, the panels will be quickly used for subsequent enclosure, heat preservation and sealing construction, supporting the construction of supporting facilities for seafood breeding and processing, and building a durable, energy-saving and sea-condition-adaptive building enclosure system for the project.
