This project with the Armenian client originated from an online inquiry. While browsing the website, the client was deeply attracted by our stylish and practical double-layer modular houses. He planned to purchase these prefab houses and build rental properties locally for investment and leasing purposes.
According to his operational needs, the client finally ordered 3 sets of double-layer expandable container houses, consisting of 6 independent units in total. External stairs were equipped for each unit to ensure independent access and usage. Considering the extremely cold winters in Armenia, we customized a comprehensive thermal insulation upgrade solution. The wall and roof panels were upgraded to high-performance PU sandwich panels for superior heat preservation. The exterior walls adopt metal carved panels for an elegant and premium appearance. Polyurethane insulation blocks were added to the floors, together with extra double-slope roofs and a complete solar power generation system. These customized upgrades fully meet the local climatic conditions and the client's all-round requirements, achieving excellent heat insulation, aesthetic appeal and energy-saving performance.
After more than 3 months of production and logistics transportation, the customized goods finally arrived in Armenia. Highly satisfied with the product quality, the client immediately started the on-site installation work. The project is progressing steadily and is scheduled to be officially put into operation in September.
