Recently, our company has deepened its customized collaboration with a long-term strategic client in New Zealand, as the client is implementing a two-phase systematic quality upgrade for its foldable modular homes. Following the successful implementation of the first round of optimizations to the internal structure, electrical systems, and foundation and exterior envelope, a prototype of the upgraded high-end exterior facade has now been completed and has received high praise from the client. Currently, both parties are conducting final technical confirmation regarding the details of the entry doors. Once all specifications are finalized, the client plans to place a bulk order for tens to hundreds of units of the customized, upgraded foldable homes.

一. Deepening and Strengthening Overseas Partnerships: Client Implements Comprehensive Product Quality Improvements in Two Phases
This New Zealand client is one of our company's core, long-standing partners in Oceania, having consistently purchased standard modular units in bulk. These products are widely used in local construction sites for temporary housing, outdoor offices, and camping and vacation facilities. In response to rising standards in New Zealand's high-end modular construction market and the demand for quality upgrades in end-user cultural and tourism projects, the client has carried out comprehensive upgrades and renovations to the units' structural components, interiors, electrical systems, and building envelopes in two phases.
(1) First-Round Standardization Upgrades to Structure, Interior, and Basic Envelope
Several core configuration optimizations have already been completed to fully comply with New Zealand's local climate regulations and electrical safety certification requirements:
1. Flooring System: Standard flooring has been upgraded to waterproof and corrosion-resistant SPC (stone-plastic composite) flooring to effectively withstand the high-humidity outdoor environment;
2. Electrical System: All wiring throughout the unit has been uniformly replaced with New Zealand SAA-certified cables to meet local electrical compliance standards;
3. Load-Bearing Frame: Two vertical reinforcement beams have been added to the main beams at the bottom of the unit to enhance the overall structure's resistance to deformation and load-bearing capacity;
4. Daylighting System: Replace the basic PVC-coated steel windows with upgraded thermal-break aluminum double-pane, double-glazed, top-hung, outward-opening windows that provide thermal insulation, soundproofing, wind resistance, and waterproofing;
5. Base Exterior Walls: Thicken the original 0.4mm thin color-coated steel cladding panels to 0.5mm to improve impact resistance, rust prevention, and weather resistance, thereby extending their service life.
(2) Second Round of Specialized Upgrades to Exterior Façade Texture (This Customized Prototype)
After optimizing all basic configurations-including structure, interior finishes, and doors and windows-the client set higher standards for the visual texture and outdoor weather resistance of the exterior facade. This prototype replaces the traditional flat color-coated steel exterior walls with vertically joined dark gray WPC (wood-plastic composite) exterior wall panels, complemented by integrated black door frames, window frames, and the main structural frame in the same color scheme. The overall design is simple and elegant, significantly enhancing the visual depth and dimension.

These WPC exterior wall panels feature UV resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to cracking and fading, making them well-suited for New Zealand's harsh outdoor conditions characterized by intense sunlight, heavy rainfall, and high humidity. Paired with high-end, integrated entry doors and thermal-break aluminum-framed glass windows to ensure a unified color scheme, the product is positioned for high-quality projects such as luxury vacation cabins and scenic area facilities, helping clients enhance their competitive edge in the end-user market.
二. The Complete Upgrade Prototype Passes Client Review; Customization Capabilities Gain International Recognition
This customized solution integrates the previously planned upgrades for the outdoor expansion area-including an integrated rain- and sun-shade canopy, a safety-rated metal terrace, and an interior WPC wood-grain decorative ceiling-and combines them with the all-new WPC vertical exterior wall system, achieving a simultaneous high-end upgrade in both interior and exterior finishes as well as structural performance. After the factory completed on-site photography of the complete upgrade model and submitted it for client review, the client compared the new and old versions of the products. They fully affirmed the manufacturing processes, material performance, and outdoor durability demonstrated through phased iterations, and confirmed that the upgraded products are highly aligned with the market positioning of their new high-end project.

三. Final Technical Details Being Negotiated; Large-Scale Purchase Order for 100 Units Set to Be Finalized
At this stage, both the supplier and the client have entered the final phase of confirming details, focusing on technical verification of specific parameters such as entry door profiles, weatherstripping, and anti-theft hardware. Once all design plans are finalized, the client will initiate the bulk procurement process, with the initial order totaling several dozen units. Based on the expansion needs of projects across multiple regions in New Zealand, the client plans to increase the total procurement volume to 100 units in subsequent phases.

As a leading manufacturer of export-oriented modular folding homes, our company provides end-to-end, personalized customization solutions-ranging from load-bearing frames, interior finishes, electrical systems, and door/window configurations to exterior wall cladding-tailored to the building codes, climatic conditions, and aesthetic preferences of various countries. This collaboration with the New Zealand client, which involved a two-phase product iteration process, fully demonstrates our comprehensive service capabilities in flexible customization and continuous product optimization. Moving forward, the project team will continue to follow up on the technical validation of doors and windows, steadily advance the fulfillment of this large-scale order, and further solidify our company's market presence in the high-end modular construction sector in Oceania.
