Quality Inspection Visit From Our Salvadoran Client For PV Rock Wool Sandwich Panel

We recently welcomed a client from El Salvador to our factory for a pre-shipment inspection. The client had ordered PV rock wool sandwich panel, rock wool external wall panels, and all necessary mounting accessories. Before we could arrange shipment, the client required a thorough on-site inspection.

1. Preparation Before Inspection

To ensure a smooth process, our team prepared carefully one week in advance. First, we gathered all finished products in the designated inspection area. The PV rock wool sandwich panels and wall panels were stacked by batch number. All accessories-screws, brackets, and sealing tapes-have been properly packed. The inspection tools, such as thickness gauges and tape measures, were calibrated and ready. Finally, we arranged a clean meeting room with drinking water and Wi-Fi for the client.

2. The Inspection Process

The client arrived at 9 AM and began a full count of every item. He personally checked each stack of sandwich panels, verifying the length, width and thickness. He then opened random accessory boxes to confirm quantities against the packing list. The client was very detailed-no box was left unopened.

During the inspection process, we answered all the questions raised by the customers one by one. The client appreciated our honest and detailed answers. After two hours of checking, he confirmed that all products met the order specifications.

3. Post-Inspection Communication on Shipment

After signing the inspection approval form, we discussed shipping arrangements. The client requested sea freight to the Port of Acajutla. We agreed on a delivery schedule: loading within three days, with vessel departure by the end of the following week. We also shared photos of the packed containers and provided the Bill of Lading draft for his review. The client left satisfied, and we are now preparing the final shipping documents. This visit strengthened our trust and opened the door for future cooperation.
