Metal Curtain Wall

A metal curtain wall typically consists of three layers:

Outer and inner layers: usually made of metal plates (such as aluminum plates, color steel plates, galvanized plates, etc.), with certain strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.
Intermediate insulation layer: composed of insulation materials such as polyurethane, extruded polystyrene, rock wool or glass wool, providing insulation and thermal insulation functions.

Efficient insulation: metal curtain wall can effectively prevent the loss of cold air and reduce energy consumption in cold storage.
Moisture proof and waterproof: Excellent moisture resistance can ensure that the cold storage panels are not affected by moisture and maintain the internal environment of the cold storage.
Fire resistance: metal curtain wall have a high fire resistance rating and are suitable for refrigeration environments with fire hazards.
Compressive strength: metal curtain wall have good compressive strength and can withstand the pressure of heavy objects inside the cold storage.
Durability: Due to the large temperature difference in the cold storage environment, the material of the cold storage panel needs to have good durability, not easily deformed or aged.

We have innovatively developed a new technology for interlocking sandwich panel walls with glass curtain walls and curtain wall windows. The edging components are aligned with the window openings of the glass curtain wall, and the sealing nails are hidden, making the entire wall and window beautiful and flat. This also eliminates the occurrence of cold bridges and avoids wall pollution caused by rainwater falling during the rainy season

According to the national standard atlas, the insulation belt at the top of the structure is broken, which is a natural cold bridge belt and easily causes cold bridge phenomenon.

The parapet wall package is made of 1.2mm thick aluminum zinc steel plate. Before the package construction, a layer of insulation board is laid on top, and insulation cotton is filled at the junction of the wall panel and the top insulation board to effectively prevent the occurrence of cold bridge phenomenon.

The fully split connection of the edge piece between the large louver and the sandwich panel wall enables free expansion and contraction of the edge piece between the large louver and the sandwich panel wall in terms of dimensional errors, greatly facilitating the freedom of on-site construction and accelerating the installation process.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
