The mechanism cold storage board has advantages such as flame retardancy, insulation, compression resistance, energy saving, and environmental protection. It uses lightweight polyurethane as the core material of the cold storage board. The advantage of polyurethane is that its insulation performance is very good. The exterior of the polyurethane cold storage board is made of color steel plates or stainless steel plates. The advantage of doing so is to prevent temperature transmission caused by large temperature differences between the inside and outside of the cold storage board, making the cold storage more energy-efficient. It can have a refrigerator like insulation effect, reduce electricity consumption, and improve refrigeration efficiency.

PIR cold storage panel

PIR cold storage panels adopt the most advanced fourth generation fully automatic polyurethane sandwich panel continuous production line and Italian OMS foaming equipment. The high-pressure and high-temperature automatic continuous foaming process is uniform. Compared with PUR cold storage panels, PIR has a lower thermal conductivity, and the density at each point is basically the same. The closed cell rate is over 98%, and the insulation effect and fire resistance are better.

4.What's the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the size and quantity of building.Generally within 30 days after receiving the payment.And partial shipment is allowed for big order.

5.What's the payment term?

TT and L/C are acceptable; But T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit and balance before shipment.

6.Can you accept the inspection from a third party?

Yes. We have enough experience to cooperate with the inspection project and we have obtained ISO certification SGS certificate and the Australian official rockwool asbestos-free certification
