1. Wall Sandwich panel installation preparation
A. Handover inspection: Check whether the purlin installation meets the installation conditions of the enclosure structure, including purlin alignment deviation, verticality, bending vector height and installation construction requirements.
B. Material preparation: Check the specifications, models, quantity of the wall panels in detail, as well as the specifications and quantities corresponding to the layout drawings.
C. Equipment preparation: lifting equipment, portable tools, power connection equipment, scaffolding and other temporary small accessories.
D. Technical preparation: construction details, layout drawings, node structure drawings, etc.
E. Site and temporary facility preparation: loading and unloading conditions, equipment walking routes, extension positions, horseway settings, construction access roads, temporary settings.
Before construction, a dedicated detailing personnel should conduct technical briefings to the construction technicians to ensure smooth construction and project quality.
According to the construction details, the installation steps are determined to include the starting line elevation, laying, leveling and installation of the starting bracket. The internal and external deviations of the bracket installation are ±2mm, and the lower height deviation is ±2mm.
A. Carefully study the construction drawings, select the installation facade according to the construction drawings, and determine the installation benchmark.
B. Install and adjust the starting board according to the construction drawing board number; the starting bracket is fixed to the bottom (side) of the starting board, and the level of the leveling composite board is measured at the end of the installation. Use a level ruler to measure the scale of the composite board at the end of the facility, and the installation accuracy of the measuring board is ±2mm. After confirming that the installation accuracy fully meets the installation tolerance requirements, use self-tapping screws to fix the exterior wall panels in the same structure;
C. Every five rows of exterior wall panels must be installed. The installation tolerance must be measured and adjusted;
D. Cut the exterior wall panels on site at doors and windows, openings, and building corners.
E. After the board is installed, be sure to tear off the polyethylene protective film on the surface.
F. The straightness of the joints between adjacent columns should be checked and adjusted in time to avoid misalignment.
4. Corner board installation
The corner board should be installed after the wall board, or the corner board should be erected first. The installation method is the same as the wall board. At the same time, the corner board should pay attention to the verticality of the board seam and the verticality of the joints of the two wall panels.
5. Installation of various decorative strips
The edge sealing should correspond to the use position marked in the construction details. For decorative strips that require secondary processing, the corners or folds should be cut in advance to protect the cutting edges. Overlap of decorative strips: Due to the long decorative strips, overlap is required. To protect the decorative strip coating, it is best to cut it with scissors.
Overlap: Due to the length, part of the covering layer needs to be overlapped. When there is a waterproof requirement outside the wall, the overlap length is 150mm, and two rivets are used to connect within the range of 50~100mm; one rivet is used to fix within the range of 50mm.
