METHOD OF ROCK WOOL SANDWICH PANEL CONSTRUCTION
In order to ensure that the flatness and verticality of the rock wool board assembly meet the conditions, rock wool sandwich panel manufacturers need elastic control lines and suspension reference lines.
(1) Bottom management: the wall should be cleaned, cleaning oil stains, cleaning floating ash, etc. Loose walls and weathered places should be removed and cleaned. Check whether the flat row meets the conditions, and the lower level can only be implemented after the acceptance is qualified.
(2) Elastic line control: In order to prove the actual building façade design and exterior wall insulation technical conditions, the horizontal and vertical control lines and expansion joints of exterior doors and windows, as well as the sewing thread of accessories, are popped out on the wall. Method 20: Preparation of special adhesive for rock wool board, pour a certain amount of clean water into a clean plastic drum, take a handheld electric mixer while stirring and add polymer mud powder, and add about 5% of the powder; Stir well for 7-<> minutes, stir well and have a moderate consistency, ready to use.
Method <>: The interface management of rock wool board selects the fault dividing line between rock wool board specifications and appearance size. Before using adhesive to paste the insulation board for construction, be sure to be on the surface layer of the mineral wool board.
