The thermal conductivity ranges from 0.018 to 0.022 W/m·K (25℃), making it the lowest among currently used insulation materials. It uses high-pressure continuous foaming technology, with uniform and dense foam and small closed-cell pores. The pore density can reach 200,000/m³, with a closed-cell rate of over 97% and extremely low water absorption, effectively preventing water vapor penetration and excellent thermal insulation performance.
Good fire resistance
Polyurethane rigid foam has excellent fire resistance. During burn, it forms a charred protective layer and doesn't melt or drip like EPS and XPS. When combined with metal facings, it can further improve flame retardant performance . Its burn performance achieves the national standard GB8624-2012.
