Construction process of sandwich panel roof:
1. Construction setting out:
According to the control line of the external wall, use a level gauge to hang the roof control line used for the construction of roof glazed tiles, and check that it is correct. Correct size adjustment shall be made according to the construction drawings, and the tiles shall be cut or not cut as much as possible.
Confirm that the roof ventilation duct and drainage vent have been constructed, the waterproof layer and insulation layer have been completed and accepted. Check whether the materials and accessories used for construction are complete.
2. Roof treatment:
Before the roof tiles are covered, they must be cleaned and plastered so that the tiles can be flat and close to the roof, and the tile surface is straight and firm.
3. Construction of tack coat:
If cement tile hanging strips are used, a full layer of cement mortar shall be plastered on the roof first, and the cement tile hanging strips shall be plastered on the cement mortar leveling layer according to the size of glazed tiles, with a section size of 18 × 20mm, and the leveling error of roof cement mortar shall not exceed 20mm.
3. Main tile construction:
Add 30 at the cornice tile first × The 25mm wooden batten shall be nailed to the wooden batten with steel nails, and the lower end of the cornice tile shall be fixed with aluminum alloy fasteners. After the cornice tile is fixed, the main tile is lapped on the cornice tile, and the main tile is fixed on the cement batten with steel nails and copper cables according to the cement batten plastered in advance. The thinnest part of the cement batten at the bottom of the horizontal tile valley shall not be less than 10mm. By analogy, the main tiles shall be lapped to the ridge and the internal corner of the roof. (If the roof is of non-standard size, the tiles need to be cut). The gap between the main bearing pad and the bearing pad shall be larger than 10mm, so as to eliminate moisture
4. Roof tile and drainage ditch tile construction:
When the main tile is constructed to the ridge, the ridge tile shall be used for sealing, and the ridge tile shall be fully laid on the main tile on both sides with saturated mortar. At the junction of the ridge tile and the main tile, the gutter tile shall be used to connect the main tile and the ridge tile. The gutter tile shall also be pasted with saturated mortar to avoid rainwater intrusion into the tile, and to ensure the aesthetics of the roof tile. At the internal corner of the roof, the drainage ditch tile is used to connect with the main tile, and the construction method is the same as that of the main tile. According to the arrangement of the construction process, when gradually retreating to the temporary packway, the ridge head shall be pasted to the ridge junction with saturated mortar.
5. After the construction of roof glazed tiles is completed, clean the mortar on the tile surface. Clean the tile surface with clean cotton yarn every day after the installation of tiles and the final process in the completed part to keep the tiles clean and bright.
