Australian Client Visit To PNS Factory Of Sandwich Panels And Steel Structure

Recently, we received an Australian customer who owns an authoritative construction company in Australia, and after understanding that our steel structure and sandwich panel products are very suitable for their needs, they want to visit our factory and products on the spot and establish a long-term cooperative relationship with us. In the early morning, we drove to the hotel to greet the customer and drove to the production base together, starting an in-depth and pleasant factory exploration journey.

The first stop is our steel structure factory. As soon as they enter the workshop, customers are attracted by the orderly assembly line. We accompanied the customer to observe the whole process from precision blanking to finished product delivery: high-precision CNC cutting equipment accurately cut the steel plate, and then entered the automatic assembly and submerged arc welding process, through correction, shot blasting rust removal and other surface treatment, and finally completed anti-corrosion spraying. During this period, we introduced that steel structure buildings are widely used in industrial plants, high-rise buildings and large public facilities due to their high strength, light weight, superior seismic performance and rapid construction. We use advanced automation equipment and strict quality control to ensure accurate dimensions and strong welding of components, giving customers confidence in the durability of their products.

The customer then came to our sandwich panel factory and was immediately surprised and satisfied with the modern scale of the factory. We led the customer to visit a number of production lines. Before the continuous line of glass wool sandwich panel, we explained: glass wool is a grade A non-combustible material, with excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation and sound absorption and noise reduction performance. Immediately followed by the production area of manual purification board, this type of board adopts artificial composite and surrounding edge banding process, and the core material can be selected from rock wool, magnesium, etc., with extremely high flatness, excellent air tightness and cleanliness, especially suitable for hospital operating rooms, electronic clean workshops and other projects with strict environmental requirements. We also specially demonstrated the folding accessories workshop, which can be independently matched from edge closing and corner wrapping to gutters and flood boards to achieve one-stop enclosure system supply. Watching the automatic metering, precise lamination and intelligent correction equipment run precisely, customers praise our operation accuracy again and again.

In the raw material storage area, we showed customers the color-coated steel plates, glass wool and structural adhesives used, all from Baosteel and other well-known brands at home and abroad, to ensure stable and reliable quality from the source. Stepping into the finished product storage area, the boards are neatly stacked and about to be sent to all over the world, so that customers can deeply feel our strong production scale and high-tech strength, and frequently express satisfaction.

At noon, we booked an elegant private room in advance to entertain friends from afar with authentic Chinese food. In a relaxed atmosphere, customers savor Chinese food culture and feel at home, and the fatigue of the journey is swept away.

In the afternoon, we continued to visit more production lines, allowing customers to have a more comprehensive understanding of the product system. Subsequently, the two sides walked into the conference room for in-depth technical exchanges. The customer showed project design drawings, technical drawings, and detailed accessories and material lists with great trust. Our technical team participates in the whole process and provides practical technical advice on structural optimization, plate selection, node handling, and folding customization according to the customer's ideas. In the collision of ideas, multiple solutions have been supported by implementation, and customers have highly recognized the depth of technology and response speed.

Since the client had to take a flight to another city at 7 p.m. that day, we ended the meeting on time and drove the client to the airport. At parting, we send carefully prepared special souvenirs to convey a warm heart.
