On 2 January 2026, our company shipped sandwich panel products to Mongolia, including 1,000 square metres of 100mm PIR photovoltaic roof panels; 1,000 square metres of 150mm rock wool wall panels; 1,500 square metres of 100mm PIR cold storage panels; and 200 square metres of 100mm rock wool partition panels; The steel sheets for the sandwich panels are all 0.5mm-thick double-sided sheets from the Guanzhou brand, with an HDP coating on the inner sheet. This coating is suitable for humid environments and is specifically designed for hydroponic greenhouse projects. The outer sheet is finished in GZ460 'Wall Grey', whilst the inner sheet is finished in white-grey, offering an attractive appearance whilst keeping costs down.
The shipment also included 500 metres of parapet panels and 650 square metres of sandwich panel flashings.
The sandwich panels for this project are manufactured on our high-quality production lines, which are worth tens of millions of yuan. We use ample raw materials throughout the production process to ensure that the products meet the required standards for adhesion and density. The production process involves uncoiling steel coils, film lamination, material feeding, lamination, cutting, drying and packaging. Once production is complete, our logistics department coordinates with the loading team to load the products onto vehicles, ensuring a professional, assembly-line style delivery.

Winters in Mongolia are extremely cold. To adapt to the local climate, our company strictly controls the raw material input during production to ensure high density and quality, thereby meeting our customers' project requirements. Our professional loading team carefully loaded the goods onto lorries one by one during the cold winter months, with each package meticulously wrapped and labelled with the specific length required by the customer. The client was highly satisfied with this shipment and provided progress photographs from the construction site. This shipment demonstrates our company's production capabilities and reflects the competitiveness of our products in the international market. We hope that in the future, our high-quality sandwich panels will be exported to more countries, enhancing the quality of steel structure sandwich panel projects.
